New 936 Movement Spotlight on: Bernard Keith aka Dolo Black

Bernard Keith aka Dolo Black has taken the words "solo artist" & taken it to a whole new level. No record label. No big management team. No group of drunken thugs bouncing around on stage with him. Just one man & his relentless flow. But how can an independent artist make it in today's rap game without all the rigamaroe that surrounds the average rap slinger? The easy answer is that he has developed one of the most unique, stand out marketing strategies in the game with a constant influx of videos that will make you dance til you drop, laugh til you cry & bob your head til your neck hurts. The deeper answer is that with influences as varied as Micheal Jackson & Tupac & an uncompromising belief in his abilities & destiny, Dolo has made fans out of people who who would normaly never take a second look at a small-town indie artist.
