New 936 Movement Spotlight on: Tradyboi Jacob



Trevon Joshe Shepherd better known as Tradyboi Jacob has been rapping in duos or groups since the age of 13, so he knows the struggle more than most. As a youngster he watched listened & played the background but after years of shady deals & frustration Trady decided to take his destiny into his own hands. With support from music innovator Amari Khari Stephens & consultation from Breakthrough ENT., he now controls his own career & is poised to turn respect into a check. Q. Who influenced or inspired you?
A. Truth is I was inspired by the one ND only DreKey The Ghetto Millionaire who took me to the studio for the first time ever to record the track " Mic Smoke " featuring myself and my cousin Shontray " Fat Jack " Cleveland.
Q. How long have you been in business/performing?
A. I fell in love with music at the age of nine after watching my big brother Ova-Dose and little cousin Fat Jack freestyling as they jumped in my mama's bed back in 98-99 in the Timbers.
Q. Where are you from  originally?
A. I was born and raised in Conroe " Duggan " Tx December 7th 1989.
Q. What sets your art/business apart from others?
A. I think what separates me from other artists is the ability to write different genres of music...
Q. What has been your biggest obstacle?
A. My biggest obstacle was me finding and mastering my style and voice.
